When checking in for a visit, users have the option to take Photos by choosing between Camera (take a photo) and Gallery (choose a photo from gallery) options.

The option to include Photos from the gallery must be released by the Administrator within the system. (Learn more about Users hierarchy)

To enable it, go to Settings> Your Company> Application Settings and enable the option “Allow attaching photos from gallery”.

Prepare! Users of the Contele Field Team application will now be able to attach photos to Visits through the mobile gallery.

Contele Field Team has no limit on how many photos you can attach.
The option Photos is available at Contele Field Team right after the user checks in during the visit.
