What should I do?

Clean up the data of the both apps (Play Store and Play Services) and login again in Play Store app. After that, try to install the Contele again.

Check if one of the both apps are disabled, if so, enable it.

If you need some help to clean up the data, follow the step foot, but remember to choose the Play Store and Play Services rather than Contele app.
