Communication with the Customer

If you want to communicate with a service requester, you need to:

Find the call.

Click on this job to open the job details page.

In addition to the ticket details, you can send messages to your customer, which will be sent to the service requester's email (check).

Tip: When communicating with your customer, you can include links and attachments along with the text message.

Conversation History

In this environment, it is also possible to consult the service history from the opening to the end of the Call. Any and all changes in status, service, date of visit and other pertinent information will be concentrated in this location.
