Editing ticket information

Regardless of a Job's record type, you can edit the information contained in this job.

That is why:
In the side menu of the Contele Desk, click on Calls.

Locate the job you want to edit and click on it.

The page with the history of this Call will open. In it, you can:

Change ticket details such as status, priority, attendant and customer.;
Include and read message history;
Attach files, include links and other information relevant to this task;
Create a visit from your collaborator to answer this Call.

Delete a ticket.

Locate the job you want to delete and click on it.

The ticket details page will open.

In it, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose Delete.

Deleting a ticket

Tip: Deleting a ticket can also be done from the tickets panel. To do this, it is necessary to activate the Itemized view, activate the dialog beside the Ticket and click on the Actions> Delete button.

Print a ticket

To print a ticket:

Locate the Ticket you want to print and click on it;
On the details page, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose the Print option.
Configure print options and press the print button.
