Regardless of a Tickets record type, you can edit the information contained in this Ticket.

That is why:

In the side menu of the Contele Desk, click on Tickets.
Locate the Ticket you want to edit and click on it.
The page with the history of this Ticket will open. In it, you can:
Change Ticket details such as status, priority, attendant and customer.;
Include and read message history;
Attach files, include links and other information relevant to this task;
Create a Visit from your User to answer this Ticket.

How to Delete a Ticket

In Contele Desk, there are two ways to delete a Ticket:

1. Within a Ticket

Locate the Ticket you want to delete and click on it.
The Ticket details page will open.
In it, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose Delete.

2. In the Ticket Panel

In the Ticket Panel, change the display of the Tickets from Kanban to Run List in the upper right corner.

After that, check the checkboxes for the Tickets to be deleted, click Actions and then click Delete.

Print a Ticket

To print a Ticket:

Locate the Ticket you want to print and click on it;
On the details page, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose the Print option.
Configure print options and press the print button.
