What is the Departure Point and Arrival Point?

Many companies opt for reimbursement, but when the employee makes only one visit per day, it is impossible to create visits as departure and arrival points (employee's residence, company headquarters, branch, etc.) every day. In this article, we show that solving this problem is very simple.

You can leave pre-registered locations to use as a starting and ending point. In the Settings> Your company menu, the first step is to customize the form that meets your needs, being just the starting point, the ending point or both:

Then, in the menu Settings > Users you can include as many locations as you want for the employee, in the app, to choose where he leaves and where he arrives.

After that, the route and reimbursement are calculated according to these settings.

Don't forget to save your changes and that's it, using it is much simpler and faster.

Departure Point and Arrival Point by APP

When the employee makes only one visit per day, it is impossible to create visits as a starting and ending point (employee's home, company headquarters, branch, etc.) every day.

The functions '' Departure Point '' and '' Arrival Point '' of the application are used to define where the user is starting the route and what will be the destination.
