Clean the data of the two Apps (Play Store, Play Services) and then log in to the Play Store app again. Once this is done, try to install Contele again.

If any of the above applications are disabled, you will need to activate.

If you need help cleaning data, follow the data cleaning procedure, but choose the two apps above instead of choosing the Contele Team Field Manager app:

Clear application data/cache
