The Function "Allow re-check-in with a visit in progress (no check-out" ) helps customers with the need to perform multiple check-ins in more than one visit, without proceeding to finalize the purchase.

If your company works with KM race reimbursement, it is not advisable to enable this function, as visits may be incomplete and interfere in the reimbursement calculation.

Check-out information is important for the system to calculate the duration of the visit and provide the departure time. Statistically, many users of the system end up forgetting to Check-out when leaving the site, so it is indicated that the function "Allow new Check-in with a visit in progress (no checkout)" is always DISABLED.

IMPORTANT: If this Function Is Disabled , the user can manually edit the Check-out time of the previous visit, through the app, so that he can Check-in for a new visit.

Update 03/18/2019 - Change of day rule for Check-out

We received many comments requesting an improvement in this rule where the previous days should be considered and not just the current day.

What happened was that if the user forgot the Check-out of the last visit of the previous day, the application would not lock the first Check-in of the following day, as the rule only marked visits of the same day .

In this way, customers using this function may possibly have visited without Checkout.

Considering this scenario, we changed the rule so that the app always checks visits from the last 7 days, not just the current day.

Note: If the company uses the check-in distance, only the manager can validate a visit without Check-out in the last 7 days.
