If the installed Contele Field Team Manager application fails, doesn't open, doesn't respond, or isn't working correctly, try following these steps:

Clear data and cache on Android

Observation. The procedure below may vary slightly depending on the Android version.

📌 The procedure below will permanently erase all data that has not yet been synced. Make sure that all data has been synced before, or if it is not possible to sync due to some problem, perform the forced backup procedure of information in the application.

Go to Settings or Settings menu;
Select Apps or Manage Apps;
Find and tap Contele Field Team Manager or Contele Field Team app;
Press the Clear Data or Clear Data button

⚠️ On newer Android versions, you will need to tap Storage first to get Erase Data.
After this procedure, just log back into the application.

If Contele or Contele Field Team Manager on the iOS device is failing, go to Apple's own support to resolve the issues:

Clear Safari history and cookies on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
If an application unexpectedly closes, it stops responding or does not open
