In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the Contele Field Team Manager application.

Contele Field Team Manager is now in the palm of your hand. Simple and quickly.

The Contele Field Team Manager app has a navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.

The menus are the APP pages, divided between Map, Visits and More.

Team Map

In Map, you can see all the users of your team by the map of your region, separated by name.

By clicking on the desired user, a view of the Users last location will be opened, with a list of Completed, Pending and Rejected visits.


Under 'Visits', you can see all In Progress, Completed and Pending.

In the upper left corner, there is the option to filter visits by personalized dates.

Selecting the desired visit, you will see the details of what was done, with photos, forms and digital signature.

It is also possible to schedule a new visit, just go back to the list of visits and click on the + ’ button located in the upper right corner of the screen.

After that, just select the User and click on the Places desired.

Click on Best Route and the APP Contele Field Team Manager will provide the fastest and most economical route for your external team.


The last window of the APP is More, where the manager can access other accounts, access the system's help center, and still stay on top of the news in the Contele Field Team Manager system.
