The function Repeat Visits is critical for anyone who needs to replicate visits on a large scale

If you want to create a Recurring Visit, just access '' Planning / Scheduling '', then click on the '' + '' sign to schedule a visit.

Select the desired User and Location and click '' Repeat '' to display the repeat criteria:

Every day (you decide the frequency per day . Example: 1 time every 10 days)
Monday to Friday
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Weekly (you decide the frequency per week . Example: 1 time every 3 weeks)
Monthly (you decide the frequency per month . Example: 1 time every 2 months)
Annual (you decide the frequency per year . Example: 1 time every 3 years)

Important: Future Recurring Visits are Automatically Created by the System.

If there are any changes involving editing or adding Forms (associating, adding or removing questions, etc), future recurring visits will be updated.

How to change the User in an already scheduled visit?

If you have scheduled a Visit, but want to change the User who will make it:

From the menu, click Schedule and select a scheduled visit;
Click on Change Visit;
Select a new User and click Save;


You can replace the person who made the visit by editing the Service Order under Visit Report > Select Visit > Edit Visits.

Why can't I see my Future Visits?

To prevent Contele Field Team Manager from suffering from fluctuations in usage, slow loading of information and loss of data during synchronization, all recurring visits are created 24 hours before their original date .
