As a manager, can I block the Rescheduling of a User's Visits?

The answer is no. However, you can see that the visit was rescheduled in two ways:

Check the visit report if the visit was rescheduled. In the Visit Report, the system will show a different ID when the visit is rescheduled.



To quantify the visits and know all the visits that were rescheduled, in the visit report, select the desired period, export in Excel, and pay attention to the bold columns in the image below:



With this information, you can combine the filters with which you want information such as: Who is rescheduling more visits, whether visits are being missed and rescheduled, and so on.

Rescheduling of Missed Visits by APP

If the user has missed a Visit (Did not check-in on the scheduled day), he can reschedule the Visit through the APP, by clicking on “Check-in” in the Missed Visit item.

With that, he will be rescheduling the visit for the current day.

Note: only authorized users can do this.
