Did you know that it is now possible to send a Work Order directly from Contele Field Team Manager to any contact on WhatsApp?

We send a pre-formatted message with the Service Order Link to the WhatsApp number registered in the Location of the Visit.

Note: The number registered in the Place of Visit must have a WhatsApp account.

To access the function, access the Visit Report and click on the icon "More options" (3 points), located at the end of the line and select Send via WhatsApp.

After a confirmation window, we will open a conversation with the Site Contact, already with a pre-formatted text and the Service Order link for submission.

Contele Field Team Manager prefixes (from your country), and you can even adjust the number before sending.

The message will be formatted with the following data:

Contact name
Service order number
Location name

To register or change the phone number of a location, you can access Menu> Places> Edit.

You can edit multiple phone and contact names from your locations at once by exporting your location list, making the change and reimporting into the system. Learn more.
