Users of the Contele for Teams may have already noticed that, when taking pictures through the application to add them to a Visit in progress, this image is saved in the cell phone's Gallery.

And why does this happen?

In order for photos to be synchronized with the system, they need to be saved on the smartphone, within an app folder.

However, many Android devices detect these images and make them available in the gallery, usually in the DCIM folder.

Can I delete the photos?

For reasons of storage space on the cell phone, people usually delete photos from the gallery.

In the case of photos taken in the Contele for Teams, we recommend that the User deletes the photos from previous days, to ensure that the photos of the day's visits are synchronized with the system.
